Do you think the continuous release of new features is a blessing or a curse? Who communicates new Google App features to users? Is it Google's responsibility or is it the IT pros who administer the system?

"When organizations fail to properly communicate and train employees about the new features, many of the features go underutilized."

We are not Google's employees, so I don't think this is really applicable.

As with anything we buy or use, we are responsible for learning how to make best use of it. No one else is responsible for us.

The continuous releases of new features is a blessing for users of this services and for IT Pros. But the problem sometimes rely on how we found out these releases.
Sometimes we the IT Pros found these releases punching keys in the internet and not necessary directly a direct communication from Google.

I believe is both Google in the first hand and IT Pros who receives the communication from Google and all the know-how about these features.

Google is evil.

Curse Google. Anyone who uses this illegal tracking software, including their desktop widgets, deserve to have their PCs bogged down with ads, spyware, bots, and any other crap Google will install on your machine. Good luck. Wonder why your PC is soooo slow? See if Google is on your PC.
