We try to track the expirations for free. I build the tracking into every initial meeting we ever have with a client. Ultimately, it helps prevent unwanted fire drills that are stressful for everyone (both my office and the client).

Hopefully clients agree to have my office manage their DNS and their Web site hosting, in which case we do charge for those services.
