The real phase is " I don't know YET!"
Whenever we go into a book store or computer super store, like MicroCenter, and glance at all of those huge 1,000 plus page books, it is useful to keep in mind that we truly do not know a fraction of the detailed data with which we work, and as independent consultants we work with a wide variety of networks, all totally different save for a FEW common traits. If you tell a customer " I do not know that one YET" then it indicates you ARE going hunting to dig out the answer. And when you find the answer, DOCUMENT IT and show the client that you did that too. Heaven forbid you solve an issue and six months later to have to solve it somewhere else and...egad, that solution is a lost, floating brain cell.
