There should not be a question mark after the header on this article. I presume the writer realizes that those who have obtained a "concealed carry" license like we have in Ohio have passed a training course and have had a background check. With ever increasing irresponsibility of government we need to look out for ourselves. I also presume that the author is a woman and may not have the strength to fight off an attacker. Cynical remarks about firearms and crime may be rarer after one rape or mugging....
