It's very good to know that someone has finally realized this. I'm no Linux evangelist, but I would grin broadly if I ever saw a Red Hat TV spot, or even a Novell banner ad.
However, I must say that I'm a little tired of the fore-gone conclusion that Microsoft and Windows are evil, mutant abominations. I've used Windows since the mid-90s and I can't remember ever having to clean off a virus or malware. And since Windows XP came out *ten years ago* I get a BSOD maybe once a year. I defy you to say that once a year you don't have some sort of system crash on Linux as well.
Linux's claims of reliability don't impress me. I've found plenty of Microsoft products, Windows being one, that are plenty reliable.
