I love the Air, but Apple always do the same: why they need to use special and unique screwdrivers to open the laptop?. If I want to put myself a bigger SSD, is a nightmare, why they do that?

I love Apple products but I hate the way they think: they want you to go to the apple's retail locations for support and fixes. I hate that.
