Any adult who has not yet learned the rules of capitalization will probably never learn them.
They usually can't spell either. If it weren't for "social promotion" they couldn't have passed second grade!

It is more like accidental unaware capitalization with me, or just random. I will proofread and change as necessary.

Okay, okay, I may have misspelled the name of a boss once or twice, but never the name of my company. But I did see it happen one time at TechRepublic (and happily, it wasn't the worst-case misspelling, which is all I'm going to say about that...
