The other issue to which I referred
hasn't been addressed yet by the proponents: A tech who is at once talking to his client/customer/user AND giving his machine verbal commands will undoubtedly confuse both user and machine (each wll never be sure which the tech is addressing from sentence to sentence; command to command). Do the enthusiasts here also envision some sort of foot-pedal to toggle between 'talking to user' and 'talking to machine'? Otherwise, much of every service call will be the user trying to perform commands the tech had actually given to his/her own machine, and the tech's machine failing to differentiate the tech's commands from what he/she's telling the user. Until techs have a means to keep their comments 'to machine' separate from those 'to user', this idea is a recipe for hilarious confusion....
