Google Talk provides quality video chat on Android tablets

I??ve used this on the Xoom and on the Asus Transformer . First time i used , i??ve noticed that the frame inside the small windows was "wobling" around, bouncing as I??ve moved the device. And it stops doing so when the slider on top of the small windows was all set to the left . What is the purpose of this, does anyone knows ?

I have been waiting on purchasing an Android Tablet, in Canada some of the features avaiable in the USA are not here yet and functions are limited. However the video chat should work, and next, what I'm really looking for, will Google allow for recording a video chat? Video and sound?
Nothing I've seen so far seems to work.

It seem there is bug in Google Talk, the video screen is unstable, like my friend, it seem to trying to fix movement of the screen where it tend to push out the video out of window

My friend also suffered similar problem.

No issue with Skype in video but notice time lag between speech and video which make it hard to lipread since I am HoH.

How to fix this?, is GTalk aware of this issue?
