qPDF Notes lets me view, markup, and send PDFs from my Androids. The free version has a watermark, so as my consulting is growing, I have upgraded to the $9.99 version.
PDF is my fave way to share and send ideas, cause I don't have to convert for my Linux, Win, and Apple friends...everbody reads PDF these days.
