I consider a spam call and text message blocking app to be an essential, must have app on my Android. I use Call Control which works the best of all of the apps I've tried and it crowd sources bogus callers which no other app of it's kind does.

Whether or not Call Control is the app of choice for your list, you MUST MUST MUST add some kind of call blocking privacy control app to your list of must haves!
