After 30 years of building and fixing PC's and Laptops, I would hope Dell or Apple would not be my only choice. Practically anyone with a 6th grade ed could build one and have it the way they want it. Not to mention the money one would save and probably better components. Dell also likes to suck people into their big $$$$ warranty contracts that many people have bad issues in dealing with. I hope the near future will still include the choice of how one wants to spend their brain and money.
