Most mid-size companies often treat IT as operational rather than strategic. This is sad, because, in this day and age, leveraging IT in every area of your business planning (Marketing,Finances,Operations etc ...),is vital to the growth and development of your business. We need to wake up and smell bytes, and start inviting the IT managers to the strategy meetings..:)
