I have a Tracfone. Since I pay as I go, my cost ranges from $100 to $300 a year. I haven't seen any smart-phone plans available here that come close to that in price. And I see too many people glued to their smart-phones, even when they walk. Smart-phones are fun and handy, but they're something I can live happily without.
