You have not asked for permission to use this photo. it has been on your site for over a year.. if I am not reembursed for this usage I will have to get in touch with my solicitor to ask you for reembursment. Usage rights for my work is over 200.00 per photo.. Either take it off or send me my money,,, Mark Puertolas .. you took the photo from flickr you had no right to as it clearly explains on my usage rights , ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.. USE BY PERMISSION.. YOU DID NOT!!!!!!

Or, since this is a legal issue, perhaps you should, instead of spamming the site with profanity, have your solicitor contact their solicitor.
