Firefox as the lesser of two evils
I tried switching to Chrome, making an honest attempt. I used it for a month straight. Two BIG issues came about for, deal-killers in fact.

First, the print handling in Chrome was so clunky and hard to use. Forcing black and white, even when a color printer is selected?? Seriously? I couldn't stand it.

Second, the lack of automatic extension handling... I can't get away from the usefulness of automatically adding a .com, .net, or .org to a web address with a keystroke. Chrome only does .com (as does IE), which was another deal killer, as there are lots of sites I use that are .net or .org. Forget phishing attempts when I go to my .org credit union... Chrome will do it for me! If there were an add-on to fix this, I may have stuck around a bit longer, but alas, there was not.

In the end, I went back to Firefox because it is the most user friendly, customizable, and expandable browser I'm aware of. It's a shame that there isn't a browser out there that offers the best of Firefox but with the low footprint and efficiency of Chrome.
