They were salesmen. New Horizons training centers are franchises. Some centers are good, some are bad. They are all overpriced. And, as a Microsoft Gold Training Partner, I believe they are also required to teach MS training courses per MS requirements. Sounds like you didn't get that.

Did you consider your local community college? I should think that SCCC would have either credit courses or continuing ed options available.
