I may have a bunch of degrees with high GPAs, but 8 years' worth of experience (and the one resume demanding 5 years' experience with Visual Studio 2008 still cracks me up - and that was written in mid-2010...)

I don't have the experience, but even volunteering only goes so far. Oh, like most people I have to pay bills as well. Money doesn't grow on trees. It'd be nice if it did... then the employers could take every bit of corporate welfare, fire to their hearts' content, and nobody would be hurt.
