Tons of stuff on PHP, Java, ACF/Railo with Apache and Tomcat. Plus Trac and Subversion.
Why Windows? I just know Windows so much better than *nix.
Why Apache? Years ago I found that (on some apps) PHP did not get along with IIS very well. PHP, it seemed, was not really happy unless it was running on Apache and ideally *nix.
And why *AMP? The sheer number and quality of off the shelf apps like MediaWiki, WordPress, Drupal, phpMyAdmin, SugarCRM, Gallery, phpbb, Magento, .etc. It is kinda like Rule 34; if it exists there is a *AMP app for it.
