Im actually excited to use iCloud since im going to be getting the iphone 4S tomorrow! 
I think that ICloud has potential to be a good service. I think that with many online services such as iCloud that come out of beta, there are most likely going to be bugs that come up, but im sure those will be worked out in a timely manner.
