Since when did MS not (try to) follow (blindly & stupidly) follow Apple tracks?

The problem with MS is its company culture and employment criterea. Both cannot lead to neither innovation, nore to successful imulation. The only way MS can have any chance of success in the future is to simply get rid of the majority of its employees, and put all of its resaurces (i.e. only money) into finding a Steve Jobs to lead it. And since the decisions to do that has to be taken by its current leaders, pethetic ones, MS HAS NO HOPE.
