Well, sort of. So far, tablets aren't being used where I work...a state agency, but our Commissioners and their personal staff are starting to bring in iPhones, iPads and Macs and then want to use them on our network. They don't really have a good reason for using these over the PCs we provide them. These are personal devices. For anyone else the answer would be no, but we don't really say no to these guys.

I know that tablets are actually being used, but I wonder how much of IT's exposure to tablets is because of executives who want to use their personal toys at work?
