You are are not serious are you? That's the lamest answer I've ever heard. That's like the OpenOffice developers taking away the close button then when users complain that it's running all the time you telling them to not download it. Maybe they WANT OpenOffice, they just don't want it to run all the time. Maemo had this right, Google just needs to copy it.
