Thanks for the note. Unfortunately, this is a bug in the tool used to publish both our videos and transcripts. The tool uses a text field to hold the transcript text. The field can handle rudimentary HTML formatting, but is not a WYSIWYG editor. When the transcripts are entered into the tool, line breaks appear as spaces, but sometimes they aren't rendered properly on the page. I'll see what we can do to fix the problem.
