Good article and there is a link for transcript. I wish websites like Yahoo news and NFL, etc would include transcripts because I can read faster than my machine buffers. We are using Office 2007 and will have to try the shortcuts not offered by format painter. When I want to remove formatting, I paste the text into notepad and then back into Word. Less than 1% of my customers use styles. Most customers copy and paste from previous documents and we have corporate templates based on business unit function.
