Report Offensive Message

As an Adword customer paying some $500 a month to Google I have to admit that while the ads work, there is NO ONE to call when something goes wrong. This would appear to be by design.

Microsoft and Apple are much easier to deal with and it is possible to get a human on the phone when needed.
