I have never seen any management trust a coworker.
They are not in the same click.
I have seen coworkers rehab a managers home to keep a job.
Go out with his family and follow him around like a puppy at work..
All for a job he is more than able to do.
This is the truth in the USA today....
No limits for top management and not many for middle either..
