Report Offensive Message

I'm a little confused as to why so many of you guys have not recommended to users to take a class on the basic, intermediate, and advance functions of MSWord. Or to buy a book, I think they may have one that is called MSWord made easy, or MSOffice made easy. The public library may also have some books on word that a user can use to help them learn MSWord. And if a user is still confused or still having difficulty using word like the article suggests call tech support if the book did not give you the answer you were looking for. Please correct me if this is not the case.
