If your posting your CV on line for employers/agencies to search through, they use software to look through the cv's using the number of times key phrases appear.
After choosing what job you are looking for, think of all the words that could be linked to it eg Manager, Supervisor, PHP, MSITC, you get the picture. Now, presuming your CV is 2 pages in word, create a compilation of these words together, seperated by commas. in a third page and copy & paste the original compilation, until the 3rd page is full of these key words. Now comes the sneaky bit...
In word go to Home/Font and get the Font window up.Highlight all the 3rd page and tick in the "hidden" box. All the text on that page will now dissappear. This CV can now be uploaded to the websites. When an employer searches the site, your CV will come either at the top of the list or very near and it will be your number he calls, not someone elses. To the person viewing your cv, they probably wont get to the bottom & realise about the extra page & you've got in ahead of the rest. Happy job hunting!
