Always like to see the insides of all these new devices just to know how they are put together. Thanks, keep 'em coming!

Battery Size
laBaronRouge Updated - 1st Feb 2012
Am I late? I would to know the outer dimension of the battery, are these black border around the battery shock absorbing bumpers or are there just taped up?
How many wires are in the connector? Are there temperature sensor wire and the 2 battery poles? What is the voltage?
I liked everything about the A100, except the battery life. I was just wandering if there is a way to increase the battery capacity.

Wire Layout
readydave1 2nd Nov 2011
I like how the wires are "haphazardly" placed, though the rest of the device is designed to within a millimeter's spec for assembly. happy

A101
smadge1 2nd Nov 2011
Any idea when they may release the A101 3G version? I'd like one for christmas.
From what I've read, the A101 is available in the UK, but there's no firm US release date.

Need to have a posting about the cheapest but yet best tablet. I just don't see the point in dropping over $200 for a tablet just yet.

Watch for my cracking open of the Kindle Fire when it comes out this month. It will sell for $199, and you can pre-order it now. I expect it to set the bar for sub-$200 tablets.
Please Bill could you ask the people of Acer if they are planning to release anytime soon a 3g capable a1000 I mean Dell is killing them with their 7" streak 3g capable and the price is almost the same, but i like more the Iconia because Acer porducts are tough and very resilient to humidity and believe me in my country theres a lot wetness all around (that sounded nasty! ahaha)
