Was this just a verbose version of "Watch the sky?"
The asteroid is due to come within 202000 miles of earth, closer than the moon! It will appear to zip past Altair about 1730 ET on the 8th and head into Pegasus by about 0100 ET.

If you're going to offer skywatching tips, provide a better, more complete list. I'm sure there are plenty of resources out there to help.
