I have multiple user accounts associated with my name, so this feature may come in handy. But is this new feature something you can use?

I think you had to edit the config or use an addon (which edited the config) to enable the user profiles.

I was going to try it, but backed away in disgust since the profile isn't local, but in the klowd, and requires a googaccount. Ghastly. Of course, I won't use the Goog's version of Chrome, either. Picky, picky me.

I too don't/won't use Goog's version, but when playing with Chrome Plus, me thinks, if you type in "about:flags: it is akin to "about:config" in Fx. No addon necessary.
