If we're talking about utility, the only app not on this list that I've continued to use throughout the lifespan of my iPad is Zinio, mostly because magazines are the thing I'm least likely to read on a smartphone. Otherwise, it's Kindle for iPad, or Vimeo (Web). I use Flipboard, but it's really Twitter in a short skirt.
