Also used it in college as part of a CS degree. The instructor that taught the course "loved" LISP, but he was, by far, the worst teacher that I ever had. His nickname among CS students was "Dr. Death".

Can't say I dislike the language, but LISP always makes me think of "Dr. Death", and what a terrible course/experience it was.
