The company I work for doesn't want to title me at a PM. For if they did they would have to come off the hip and pay me more as a PM. I am doing Project Manager work and handling as many as 15 projects at one time (just myself with no help). Any where from department moves to new office construction which involves a lot of different stakeholders. I am moving over to Network Engineer just so I can get a raise. i do love the job, seeing it from conception to the final product gives me much statisfaction. Been doing this work for over 12 yrs and have never been reconized as a PM. Time to move on or move out?
