I am working as PM for last more than 3 years but the designation doesnt reflect this. Its a tough and challenging job and you need to be on your toes always in order to meet unrealisitic deadlines. There are million issues to deal with and when you start feeling the satisfaction of solving one issue, many other are already in the que waiting for your attention.
