I wish I could've taken a class on motivation back in high school or early college. I took one last year, where we were asked to take an in-depth look at what we enjoy, what we're good at and what we do not like (

It was fairly enlightening, and consolidated and confirmed details about what really drives me and gets me excited at work.
Evidently I'm a high-change person who needs new challenges every 2-3 years to stay at the top of my game. I'm also so immersed in details that I'll likely never flourish is anything higher than a middle-management role (I tend to see the trees and not the forest).

(Edit: for the person who thinks my comment sucks... I took this class through school, not work.)
