After all with no Union the Greedy Boss not only demands that you bend over grab your Ankles while they screw you they expect you to enjoy it. Now days they will probably expect you to pay them to Screw you as well.

Unions have a place always will particularly while there is nothing preventing the Boss from getting out of control which currently there isn't.
