Nobody gets to be a nurse without education and certification. Anybody can call themselves an I.T. pro, regardless of how good they are or what they know.

Am I advocating for a change? No.

But this is an apples to oranges comparison.

I have family members with 2 year degrees in something health related making substantially more than many with masters in CS....or....or for that matter....many other things.
