You are in somewhat of a unique role in that you are something of a social media expert, in addition to being a tech guru and developer.
Think though about the average hiring manager who is looking for a QA professional to test the web application his team is developing, or who's hiring developers or IT security specialists. There are very few hiring managers who want someone who is a power tweeter .... They want someone who' going to be fully engaged with the task at hand.
And most would wonder why in the world the typical IT professional would need or want an app that would allow them to broadcast Twwwets 24/7.
Yes, there are people for whom that type of app would be great. But it seems to me that you'd likely find more interest among people working in sales, marketing, and public relations than in IT ... the people I typically recruit and who make up the majority of the reading audience.
