There are billions of dollars being spent right now to train IT workers
And there are millions of dollars being spent to lobby Congress to let them come to the US to work. And they will all be contracting on an hourly basis, and they will be working 80 to 100 hour weeks. And if they don't like it, they can go back to India. This is just Corporate America getting its ducks in a row.
