Yes, all employees should get overtime - period! Even salaried employees should get overtime pay over 50 hours per week, with the exception of those making over a certain amount. I don't profess to be able to fairly pick a top salary range for this statement, but many of those who make over, say, $200k yearly work less than typical employees anyway, simply because they already "did their time" to get to that point.
