Report Offensive Message

If they're counting on people to just work anyways, without overtime pay, they're just stupid.
Nothing will get done in time, because overtime will always be needed in this line of work.
And people who do work the insane hours, will get burnt out and have nothing but contempt for the employer.

Just seems stupid...
