I pitty everyone who has no dreams - and it seems that there are a lot of people out there who have given up on what they call fantasy simply because they think it is unattainable. What if Martin Luther had given up? What if Ghandi had not believed in a better world. Sad, sad, sad.
Still, my Utopia (call it fantasy if you will), would be a world where I do not need to be paid, or gather wealth. It would be a world where I can enjoy doing what I enjoy doing simply because I enjoy doing it and not because I have children to feed or a mortgage to pay. I wouldn't worry about the hours I was putting into the job, or whether I was being paid overtime or not. My needs and wants would be taken care of to free me up to be creative and live life fully.
In the mean time, I live in the real world, which is not like that. The best I can hope for is that everyone is treated fairly. Sorry if that seems like a fantasy to some, but I'll hold onto that hope as long as I can.
