Yes, it's a problem for some to install a new browser and to import all of their bookmarks. But it's cheaper and easier than microsoft's method of strong-arming you into replacing the entire computer or upgrading the OS to run the newest browser.

Our company has a browser based program running that requires IE. Unfortunately, it will not run on anything newer than IE7. So we have to use both IE7 and FF on all computers. Of course MS won't fix what they broke. Running two different browsers is the only method. They're forcing people away from IE, and into an alternate browser by doing so.
