There are two proverbial cases I always tell management teams to consider:
Hit by the proverbial bus: The person/people who know the passwords are no longer there.
The proverbial smoking crater: The building, or at least the computer room, is either lost or inaccessable due to disaster.
Discussion on:
Document your network.
Document your backups.
Document your "Go To" people.
Ensure all your installation apps are available along with install serial numbers.
Create your DR plan onto optical media.
Keep the DR media OFF-SITE!
You could encrypt this media if your are concerned about its security, but then ensure that password is available to DR personal.
Don't assume that the DR is going to work. Test your backups, run back the DB files and remount them. Play back the tapes / D2D to alternate hardware to make sure the permissions and access rights are going to work.
