SMB's should consult with their attorneys, as they may not approve of accepting 100% of the risk themselves, as many cloud providers naked T.O.S. require you to, in the event of compromise or data loss. Read up on the recourse you have if they lose or compromise your data... Most of the time, all you're entitled to is a refund for that month's service. ...Which is cold comfort if the data lost is your entire customer database, and your revenue starts to suffer as a result.
