Linux Upgrade
It's not for everybody, I know. However, from your list, if you were using Linux, 43% of the items on the list wouldn't be there. I manage a huge network here (servers in just about every state west of the Mississippi River, in Mexico, and on two continents. We've slowly but surely (and steadily) been trading out Windows servers (and other variants of *nix including hpux, aix, and solaris) and replacing them with Linux servers. While Red Hat isn't my favorite distro, it's been serving us well, and continues to serve us well. No more outages for monthly reboots to pick up patches, next to no worries about malware, and the learning curve wasn't that bad. The users are still using Windows on the PC (for now), and can't tell the difference on the back end if it's Windows servers, or Red Hat (other than the reduction in outages).

Again, it's not for everyone. But for this Fortune 100 business, it's been great!
