Seriously, out of all our clients, the only ones that ever have issues are the ones with full time IT staff, the more IT, the worse they are.

These are frequently people that think they are IT people because they know how to change their desktop background at home.
I am horrified by just how many IT people have no idea how to map a drive or what a login script is.
