ITILv3 supports it however in my experience cloud providers do little more than provide OLAs on the 'service' they provide. I believe that most consumers of cloud services are not prepared to request the level of support & integration associated with truely supporting their business services from cloud providers.
What do others think/have experienced?

In case you didn't grow up on the farm, chickens don't have teeth. Geting a SaaS entity to comply with providing documentation is about as hard as finding them.
I found persistence is needed to get results of SaaS folks audit reports.
